Dave Helton was the site acquisition manager for the deployment of 1,300 Sprint fiber back haul sites in Ohio. We completed the project months ahead of the projected schedule and budget. We formulated an efficient plan to bring the site development process for the 1,300 sites so they could be completed in 9 months.
